See our methodologies below and decide which one best suits your company.
How does our methodology work?

Waterfall Implementation Methodology

Smartsheet combines flexibility and enterprise-grade security with the features your teams need to do their best work in a constantly changing world.
01. Requirements Gathering

In this phase, we will be detailing the business requirements previously defined by the client, which will be configured within the solution. Our team is always instructed to explain the system to the client in order to minimize customizations and use the product as natively as possible.

02. Prototyping & Validation

In this phase, our consultants will develop and document small portions of the requirements to provide a clearer picture of what will be developed, as close as possible to the final product.

03. Development

Development refers to the process of configuring and customizing the system. In other words, the methodology aims to prepare the data-populated environment for use by users with specific roles and access levels, while ensuring that the product’s native screens and entities have a look and feel that meets the needs of end users. Integration development may also take place during this phase.

04. Testing & Documentation

To ensure that the solution is delivered in full working order, the project team will meet with the client’s project team to finalize approval of the configured product and allow it to go into production. At this stage, new data will also be uploaded.

05. Training & Go Live

The training consists of one or more workshops with sessions for up to 5 users, including the development of materials that explain how to navigate the system, based on the modules requested by the client. The number of sessions and the scope of the training will be determined in consultation with the client.

06. Assisted Surgery & Post-Implantation GIMC

Some of the team members who worked on the implementation project will monitor and support the solution during its first few weeks of use. In addition, if the client has contracted TaskIT’s support service, that service can be activated once the assisted operation is complete.

How does our methodology work?

Agile Implementation Methodology

The Agile methodology, as its name suggests, focuses on rapid implementation while maintaining quality and integrity in delivery.
Requirements Gathering

In this activity, we are responsible for working with the client’s key users to understand the requirements to be developed within the Sprint. To ensure an agile process, the client must already have a detailed, finalized workflow in place (including automations, fields, forms, etc.). Our team will implement the system as natively as possible and provide solutions that minimize the need for Smartsheet customization.

Prototyping and Validation

Our team will be responsible for developing small portions of the requirements requested by the client, giving the client a clearer picture of the final product. The client must validate and confirm our understanding before we proceed with the development of the requirement.

Development, Testing, and Review

Once the prototypes have been approved by the client, our team will be responsible for configuring, testing, and reviewing the developed items. The review is conducted in collaboration with the contractor.

Data Upload

At the end of each Sprint, a spreadsheet will be sent containing all the fields to be used by the client, along with their format and operating parameters. The client will be responsible for adapting the data from their systems and submitting it in the requested format
